BeAngler Affiliate Program Terms

Version: 2026.09.1 · Effective: 2026-09-02

A public offer to anyone who promotes BeAngler. Read it before you join — registering in the program means you accept these Terms.

Effective from the date of publication. The current version is always the one on this page.

English is the primary version of this document; versions in other languages are provided for convenience. Where language versions conflict, the English version prevails.

1. Parties and acceptance

These Affiliate Program Terms (the “Terms”) are a public offer — a contract of adhesion — made by Andrii Tokar, a registered sole proprietor (FOP — fizychna osoba-pidpryiemets) in Kharkiv, Ukraine, the operator of the BeAngler platform (“BeAngler”, “we”, “us”). They govern the relationship between BeAngler and any individual or company that joins the BeAngler affiliate program (the “Partner”, “you”).

You accept these Terms by registering in the BeAngler affiliate program. From the moment of registration they form a binding agreement between you and BeAngler; no separately signed document is required. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not register and do not promote BeAngler.

These Terms apply in addition to the BeAngler Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Nature of the services

The Partner provides BeAngler with marketing and advertising services: promoting the BeAngler platform to the Partner’s own audience and referring potential customers to it. The Partner performs these services independently, at the Partner’s own place of business, with the Partner’s own resources and at the Partner’s own risk and cost.

The commission described below is remuneration for those marketing services. It is not a royalty, not a licence fee and not a payment for any right to use intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms creates employment, agency, partnership or a joint venture between the parties.

3. Commission

The Partner earns 20% of every successful payment made by a customer attributed to the Partner, calculated on the net amount — that is, the amount of the payment less taxes (VAT / sales tax), less the discounts applied to it, and less the fees charged by our payment provider.

The commission is recurring: it is earned on every payment of that customer’s subscription for as long as the subscription remains active and paid, including monthly and yearly renewals.

The base currency of the program is the euro (EUR): all commissions are calculated, accrued and recorded in EUR. Prices of BeAngler plans are set in the payment provider and may change, therefore these Terms state the commission as a percentage and not as a fixed amount.

4. Promo code for your audience

Each Partner receives a personal promo code that gives their audience a 10% discount on BeAngler subscriptions. The discount is recurring: it applies to every billing cycle of the subscription — both monthly and yearly — and stays in force until further notice.

The promo code applies to all BeAngler products offered through the payment provider. The Partner’s commission is calculated on the amount actually paid by the customer after the discount.

The Partner may not create, publish or distribute any promo codes other than those issued to the Partner by BeAngler.

5. Tracking and attribution

A customer is attributed to the Partner in one of two ways: by arriving through the Partner’s referral link, or by completing a purchase with the Partner’s personal promo code.

Referral link. The referral cookie has a lifetime of 60 days: a purchase made within 60 days of the click is credited to the Partner. Link attribution follows the last-click principle: if the customer clicks the links of several partners, the commission goes to the partner whose link was clicked last before the purchase.

Link attribution can fail for reasons outside our control — for example when the customer blocks cookies, switches device or browser, or buys after the 60-day window has expired. BeAngler does not guarantee attribution of any particular customer and does not restore link attribution retroactively, except in the case of a proven technical fault on our side.

Promo code. A purchase completed with the Partner’s personal promo code is always credited to that Partner — regardless of how long ago the customer followed the referral link and even if they never followed it at all. The 60-day limit applies to link attribution only. Where a purchase carries both another partner’s click and this Partner’s promo code, the promo code prevails.

Attribution is recorded by the affiliate platform used by BeAngler, and the records of that platform are the reference source for both parties.

6. Currency and conversion

All commissions, balances and payouts are denominated and paid exclusively in euro (EUR). BeAngler does not maintain balances in other currencies and does not convert payouts.

If the Partner’s receiving account is held in another currency, the conversion is performed by the Partner’s bank or payment system at their own exchange rate and on their own terms.

BeAngler is not responsible for the exchange rate applied by the receiving system, for conversion charges, transfer or intermediary-bank fees, or for the crediting rules and processing times of that system. BeAngler’s payment obligation is discharged in full when the payout is sent in EUR from BeAngler’s side.

If a payout that has been sent does not reach the Partner, BeAngler will, at the Partner’s request, provide confirmation of the transfer and take reasonable steps to establish the status of the payment together with the payment system (status enquiry, tracing of the transfer). If the funds are returned to BeAngler’s account (incorrect details, a technical rejection by the receiving system), the payout is sent again once the details have been corrected; additional fees for a repeated transfer caused by incorrect details provided by the Partner may be deducted from the payout amount.

7. Payouts

Payouts are made once a month for the previous calendar month on Net-30 terms: commissions accrued during a calendar month are paid within 30 days after the end of that month, but not earlier than the 15th day of the following month, provided the applicable minimum threshold has been reached.

The floor of the 15th day exists so that the Refund Window set by our payment provider (Paddle) has, in the ordinary case, already closed for the payments of that month. Example: a purchase made on the last day of the month still has its refund window running into the following month, so by the payout date the commissions for refunded payments have already been cancelled and are not paid out. Refunds and chargebacks that happen later are handled under section 8 — the commission is cancelled and deducted from future balances.

The standard payout method is Payoneer. Other methods — PayPal or a direct bank transfer (wire / IBAN) — are available by individual agreement; the fees of the payment systems involved may be deducted from the payout amount. The Partner is responsible for providing correct and up-to-date payout details.

Minimum payout thresholds: EUR 50 for Payoneer and PayPal, and EUR 500 for a direct bank transfer (or the equivalent in the payout currency at the exchange rate on the date of payment). The higher threshold for bank transfers reflects the fixed cost of SWIFT/SEPA transfers. A balance below the applicable threshold is carried over to the following periods until the threshold is reached.

Every payout is recorded in the Partner’s affiliate dashboard; the commission report of the affiliate platform is the primary settlement document confirming the amount of remuneration and the period of the services rendered.

8. Refunds and chargebacks

No commission is earned on payments that are refunded, charged back, cancelled or otherwise reversed, or that are found to be fraudulent. Such a commission is cancelled in the affiliate dashboard.

If the commission has already been paid out, the corresponding amount is deducted from the Partner’s future balance. If there is no future balance to deduct from, the Partner reimburses the amount at BeAngler’s request. This rule also covers refunds that occur after the payout date referred to in section 7.

9. How you may promote BeAngler

Permitted promotion channels include, in particular:

  • reviews of the app and articles on the Partner’s own website, blog or media;
  • posts and stories on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and similar);
  • video reviews of BeAngler features;
  • e-mail campaigns to the Partner’s own base, collected with the recipients’ consent;
  • communities, chats and forums the Partner owns or where such posts are allowed by the rules.

The Partner discloses the affiliate relationship where the applicable law or platform rules require it, and complies with the advertising, consumer-protection and data-protection rules of the jurisdictions in which the Partner promotes BeAngler.

10. Partner access to the product

Once accepted into the program, the Partner receives free full access to all BeAngler features (the Pro level) for 30 days — to get to know the product and to prepare high-quality reviews and marketing materials.

Further free access is granted by agreement, taking into account the Partner’s activity in the program.

Because the Partner receives the product for their own use from the program, self-referrals — paying for a subscription for the Partner’s own needs through their own referral link or promo code — are neither necessary nor permitted (see section 11).

11. Prohibited practices

The following are prohibited:

  • brand bidding — bidding on the BeAngler brand name, its misspellings or brand-plus-keyword combinations in Google Ads, Bing Ads or any other paid search or advertising network, and using them in display URLs;
  • self-referrals — purchases the Partner makes for themselves, for their own accounts or for accounts under their control, as well as purchases made by third parties in exchange for a reward from the Partner: cash-back, compensation of the price, a share of the commission or any other incentive not provided for by this program. Honest promotion of the product — reviews, recommendations and the 10% promo-code discount provided by the program — is not a breach;
  • fraud and artificially generated traffic — the use of bots, click farms, automated scripts, fake accounts or registrations, imitation of user actions and any other means of artificially creating clicks, leads or purchases;
  • mass unsolicited messaging — spam in direct messages, e-mail, chats, comments or groups, as well as cookie stuffing, forced clicks and adware;
  • misleading content — claims about discounts, features, prices or results that do not exist.

Referral links and promotional materials may not be placed:

  • on resources with illegal content (piracy, fraud, trade in prohibited goods and the like);
  • on resources or in materials with adult or otherwise objectionable content: hate speech and incitement of intolerance (racial, ethnic, religious, gender or any other), discrimination, bullying and harassment, promotion of violence, or any content that violates applicable law;
  • in materials that call for illegal fishing, poaching or breaches of nature-protection rules;
  • in a way that creates the false impression of an official BeAngler resource (fake “official” pages, presenting oneself as a representative of BeAngler) or that uses our brand and logo without consent beyond the ordinary mention of the product in a review;
  • in the context of false statements about the product, its prices or its features.

Other cases that may harm the reputation of BeAngler are considered individually: we notify the Partner and allow a reasonable period to remedy the issue; immediate exclusion applies only to gross or repeated breaches.

A breach of this section is grounds for immediate termination of the Partner’s participation in the program without payment of the unpaid balance; commissions generated by such traffic are cancelled, and amounts already paid out for them are subject to reimbursement.

12. Partner status and taxes

The Partner warrants that they hold all registrations, licences and permits required by the law of the Partner’s own jurisdiction in order to provide the services described above and to receive the remuneration for them.

The Partner acts as an independent contractor and is solely responsible for declaring and paying all taxes, duties and social contributions arising from the commission in the Partner’s jurisdiction. Commission amounts are stated before any taxes payable by the Partner, and BeAngler does not act as the Partner’s tax agent and does not withhold any taxes on the Partner’s behalf.

13. Term, suspension and termination

The agreement is concluded for an indefinite term.

The Partner may end their participation at any time, by notifying us or by leaving the program.

BeAngler may end the Partner’s participation: (a) without cause — on 30 days’ notice sent by e-mail to the address registered by the Partner in the program; (b) with immediate effect — in the event of a breach of these Terms, in particular of section 11 (prohibited practices). BeAngler may also close the affiliate program as a whole, giving all participants 30 days’ notice.

Consequences for remuneration. Where participation ends at the Partner’s initiative or without cause on our side, commissions accrued up to the date of termination are paid in the ordinary course in the next payout cycle; if the final balance is below the minimum threshold, it is nevertheless paid out within 60 days despite the threshold. No new commissions are accrued after the date of termination, including recurring commissions on future payments of previously referred customers. Where participation is terminated for a breach, the accumulated balance is not paid out, as stated in section 11.

BeAngler may suspend a Partner account and withhold unpaid commissions where there is a reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, until the circumstances are clarified. The Partner is notified of the suspension and of its reasons; once the circumstances have been established, the account is restored and the withheld amount is paid, or participation is terminated in accordance with this section.

After termination, the Partner shall within a reasonable time stop using BeAngler referral links, promo codes and brand materials.

The provisions on taxes, on refunds (cancellation of commissions) and on liability survive termination of the agreement.

14. Changes to these Terms

BeAngler may amend these Terms. The current version is always published at this address and the effective date is shown on the page. Active Partners are notified of material changes by e-mail at least 14 days before they take effect; continuing to promote BeAngler after the effective date means acceptance of the amended Terms.

15. Personal data

BeAngler processes the Partner’s data (contact details, payout details, statistics of referred customers) in order to run the program and pay commissions. Partners do not receive personal data of referred customers — the affiliate dashboard shows aggregated statistics only. Details are set out in the BeAngler Privacy Policy.

16. Governing law, disputes and contact

These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine.

The parties resolve any disputed matter first of all through negotiation: the Partner writes to partners@beangler.com and we reply on the merits within 30 days.

Where language versions of these Terms conflict, the English version prevails.
